Challenges in the Women’s rugby game

We understand the WRU is going through a challenging time financially and organisationally, but it is disappointing the the women’s game is affected again.

Limiting the growth and development of the women’s game publicly and commercially while the men’s game takes priority will both continue to hold women and girls back and weaken Rugby’s future. Women’s sport is kicking goals around the world, with growing participation, audiences, sponsorship.

We will continue to work with the WRU to #advocate #ymgyrchu for women and girls in rugby in Wales.
