Cymru Women's Sport (CWS) invited ex-International Welsh footballer and first female UEFA VP Laura McAllister to speak to us about her experiences in holding some of the top positions in sport and how more women can do the same. Interviewed by CWS Board Member, ex-International Hockey player and broadcaster Beth Fisher at the intimate Big Moose Coffee in Cardiff, this interview gave some much needed insight into what we can all do to secure more women's places at the top tables of sport.
